Entry 12

Did you know that today is the last day of FEBRUARY?
I didn't know that until like.. NOW.

Today during class, I continued to make the video project with Anna.
This time, we added Josh and Johnathon to the video since we needed someone to replace Anna and someone to be an evil guy!

So our video has now a lot ... of people inside. now.

Anna- film+after effect+script
Yejun- actor+script
Michael- actor
Josh- actor+after effect
Johnathon- actor

So basically, I wrote the script from the beginning since the old one was really complex like Inception lol
The main plot is about this evil guy who wants to rule over the world by Google (Michael kinda obvious :p) and Josh, John and I am trying to stop him!

Its not BORING like the plot at all :D

its GONNA BE EXCITING

AHHHHHH
we also have the kinda the A class actors like Josh, Michael and John
 (I am not the A class since I do suck at acting things I am more of ... C class in acting :p)
so the video is going to be real TENSE and I warn you ALL ! lol

Entry 11.

I finished Michael. He looks real Chinese. 

things that make people look Chinese:

• eye
• eye brow
• lip (thin lip)
• big forhed
• the fat under the eye
• light yellow skin

the new tools I used was 

1. duplicating a layer and like using them somehow
2. balancing the color 
3. warp tool 
4. making the face shape
5. making the face quite yellow

The next project, is going to be with Anna.
I am going to make like a short video about a mission to find a special device.
Anna is going to film and edit
I am going to be one of the actor
my sister is going to be one of the actor
Michael is going to be the master
and we need one more person.

Entry 10.

OM!

Its already near Mid quoter
That indeed is a surprising fact.
So I did the mid quoter question thing.
at the first 10 minutes of my class.

Next, what I did was to download this software to record the computer screen.
Although its only a 30 day trial,
I think I will finish my Michael project by then.

So.
I have finally started a new project.
Its called
"American to Asian"
Um. I am trying to finish this one in the next 3 classes.
Today, this is what I did.

I feel like the eyes are already becoming Asian. haha 

as you can see, I shrieked the pupil size and added some fat under his eyes.  

I also made his skin more "yellowish" for some more texture. 

I also made his forehead really big. lol 

From this class, I learned how to change the skin color without "showing" much. 

In my next class, I am going to fix his lips and eye brows. 

1. Lips needs to be more "red" and thin and small

2. his eye brows need to be in the Asian shape. Which will be kinda hard since I will need to use a new tool and stuff. 

For today's work, I used this Korean blog where she uploads short and easy tutorials on Photoshop.

so today was my final day of my

"Asian to American" project. Sadly.

From this Asian to American project, I learned this things.

• eye color and how to make eyes more sparkly and pretty

• liquilfy to make the eye bigger

• stamp tool
• pen tool
• capacity changes
• changes of layer (soft light, hard light etc.)
• lasso tool

Now.
My NEXT project is making Michael to Asian. Although it is going to be kinda hard,
I need to keep my promise :3
this project, I am going to download a camera that could like video the computer screen.
So my next project will be very like Dove's AD I saw few months ago.
These are things I am going to consider in my next project
OR the things I need to work on to make Michael more "Asian"
First, I think I am going to make Michael not Korean but Chinese.
Becuase

Sorry that I didn't write my last post... :(

Okay.
So as you.. guys should know,...

my Michael project got .... weird and got erased.

I AM SO SORRY MICHAEL : (

so... the Michael to Asian project went to fail. But my other project called

"ASIAN TO AMERICAN WOMAN"
is still working very well.


As you can see in the photo, I did very minor changes to this project because I only spent half an hour on this project..

I only changed

•  her eye lashes
• her eye liner
• her hair (in some parts)

I figured out that if you do "soft light", it makes the editing more 'natural' looking. 

It makes it look kinda blurry.

Okay. I JUST figured out that she looks REALLY CREEPY. OMG
I CAN NOT STARE AT HER FOR MORE THAN 10 SECONDS lol
sorry Mr. Daley... lol

Okay. I think I get the problem..
the problem is

• her HUGE MOUTH
• her HUGE EYE
• her WEIRD HAIR STYLE 
• her HUGE FACE

so this is what I am going to work on next class! 

and then I hope it will look much more NATURAL lol 

and I am thinking this project will take ... about 3 more classes. 

Okay now. 

What happend to the Michael to Asian project, is that. 

It some how got the image smaller and it became so weird and .. stuff I had no choice but to delete it.
SORRY Michael.
But I tell you, my NEXT PROJECT IS gonna be youuuu :D

Entry 6.

Hellop!

I think I finally understand the quote of
"The more you are into something, it feels like time has passed too quickly"

Today, I did most of the Asian (Chinese) woman air brushing.

I am indeed satisfied and am proud of my own work.

I am sorry if I scared you again... (lol)

but um. As you can OBVIOUSLY see, 

A HUGE TREMENDOUS plastic surgery was done by Anna and me. 

we changed

• The face (more of a oval now)
• the skin (it is much whiter) 
• bigger eye and a smaller nose
• her hair (brown and long)
• and we removed all the spots? on her face. So her face is snow-white clean

Although, it is not yet 'done', I think her face is now.. 80% done.

Since my goal of this project is to make an Asian to American

 (no offence to Americans (you guys are really pretty))

So I think next class, I will work on 

• Eye color
• mouth
• more 'natural' looking hair
• background

<Sorry for this.. woman picture. I hope I didn't scare you away> 

Today, I worked on Photoshop. 

I had more affinity toward Photoshop than Alice or any videos. 

I don't know exactly why I prefer Photoshop than Alice, but I think its because I feel stronger and comfortable doing Photoshop. 

So as you see the picture of an Asian above, this class, I worked on the teeth. 

Before I edited, you were able to see the woman's gum (like the pink part) and yellow teeth.

I also touched up parts like the lip to make it more 'live color' but I am not very satisfied.

However, now I edited it looks better. 

I also learned this video tutoring site by Mr. D. 

I listened to few videos but felt that the tutoring was too basic. But still I will continue to listen to the video since its better to review what you know than do nothing. 

Entry 4.

Today, Mr. D wasn't here again.
I had to think about if I want to continue doing my video editing or photo editing.
And I want to do photo editing for 2months and start Alice next.

So today, I worked on photoshop to make my blog wallpaper.

It is this! I used stamp tools and got many images about Korea to tell more about us. \
I think this will be my blog title for this blog.

Anyway, I am going to do advance photoshop in this class instead of video editing, which I chose long time ago.
